Almost all of our tickets are sold through our Weeztix shops. For some events, ticket sales are handled by an external ticket partner. You can always find the correct ticket link for each event via our Agenda That way, you can be sure you’re buying your tickets from the right place.
No, purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you unexpectedly can’t make it, we recommend safely reselling your ticket via TicketSwap.
No problem! You can easily retrieve your Weeztix ticket here: https://weeztix.com/search Use the email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
No, that’s not necessary. We can simply scan your ticket from your phone, so make sure your battery is charged. If you prefer to bring a paper ticket, you can of course download and print it.
